Today is day one, and your adventure begins as you arrive at the Kigali International Airport. You'll be met by your knowledgeable tour guide, who will be with you throughout your journey. Your first stop will be the Kigali Genocide Memorial Center, where you'll learn about the tragic history of Rwanda and its impressive efforts towards reconciliation.

After this, you'll explore the bustling Kigali city, taking in its vibrant culture and diverse marketplaces. You'll visit the Kimironko Market and the Caplaki Crafts Village, where you'll have the opportunity to purchase handmade souvenirs and gifts. Finally, you'll spend the night in Kigali, resting up for tomorrow's adventures. Get ready for an unforgettable journey filled with new experiences, incredible scenery, and unforgettable memories!

On day 2 of the 4-day Rwanda tour with activities, we will have an early breakfast and embark on an exciting journey to Volcanoes National Park. Once we arrive, we will attend a briefing by park rangers on gorilla trekking guidelines to ensure a safe and responsible experience.

Rwanda Gorilla Trekking Safari is an incredible wildlife adventure that allows visitors to explore the lush rainforests of Rwanda and observe endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. A gorilla permit goes for $1500 each person. This once-in-a-lifetime experience takes visitors through the stunning Virunga Mountains, where they can hike and witness these gentle giants up close, while learning about their behavior and conservation efforts to protect them. It is an unforgettable experience that offers a unique glimpse into one of the most incredible creatures on Earth.

We will then trek through the lush forest of the park to find and observe a family of majestic mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. We will have the rare opportunity to spend one hour with the gorillas, observing and learning about their behavior and lifestyle.

After an incredible morning, we will return to the lodge for a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit the Iby'Iwacu Cultural Village where you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local Rwandan traditions and culture. You will get to learn about the history of the region, watch traditional dances, and even participate in some activities yourself. This experience will provide a deeper understanding of Rwanda's rich cultural heritage.

Day 3 of our 4-day Rwanda tour is packed with exciting activities as we explore two of Rwanda's most beautiful natural attractions: Lake Kivu and Nyungwe Forest National Park.

Lake Kivu is a stunning and unique body of water located in Rwanda. With its crystal-clear waters, lush green shores, and picturesque views, Lake Kivu is a must-see destination for all travelers. Not only is it a beautiful natural wonder, but it is also home to a variety of wildlife, including some of the world’s most endangered species. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled journey, Lake Kivu is the perfect place to explore and experience the beauty of Rwanda.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we'll start our journey to Lake Kivu, where we'll take a relaxing boat ride on the lake and soak in the stunning scenery. We'll also have the chance to visit a local fishing village and learn about the traditional methods used to catch fish.

Following the boat ride, we'll enjoy a scrumptious lunch on the shores of the lake before embarking on our next adventure. We'll drive to Nyungwe Forest National Park, where we'll spend the night in a cozy lodge located near the park.

With its lush vegetation, unique wildlife, and stunning landscapes, Nyungwe Forest National Park is a nature lover's paradise. The park is home to over 300 species of birds, 75 species of mammals, and 13 species of primates, including chimpanzees, black and white colobus monkeys, and baboons.

On Day 4 of our 4-day Rwanda tour, we will embark on a thrilling adventure of chimpanzee trekking. Trekking through the lush jungles of Rwanda in search of wild chimpanzees is an unforgettable experience. From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the beauty of the landscape and the thrill of the search for these majestic creatures. As you observe the chimpanzees in their natural habitat, you'll gain a deeper appreciation for the wonders of nature and the importance of conservation. With its stunning scenery and incredible wildlife, chimpanzee trekking in Rwanda is an adventure you won't soon forget.

After an early breakfast, we will drive to the park headquarters for a briefing on chimpanzee trekking. We will then trek through the dense forest in search of a group of chimpanzees to observe in their natural habitat.

After an exhilarating experience, we will return to the lodge for lunch and checkout.

Our journey will continue as we drive back to Kigali, where we will have the opportunity to visit the Inema Art Center or the Nyamirambo Women's Center if time permits. Finally, we will transfer to Kigali International Airport for our departure flight, concluding an unforgettable 4-day tour filled with incredible experiences.
