Upon arrival at Julius Nyerere Airport, your designated host/guide will warmly welcome you and facilitate your transfer to Dar es Salaam City, where your accommodation awaits. Enjoy a relaxing evening, savoring dinner and preparing for the adventures ahead.

Day 2: Journey to Mikumi National Park | Safari Excursion

Start your day with an early breakfast before embarking on a scenic drive to Mikumi National Park. A thrilling game drive awaits, with packed lunches allowing for uninterrupted exploration of the park's diverse wildlife. As the day unfolds, immerse yourself in the beauty of the savannah before returning to the lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 3: Full-day Safari in Mikumi

Spend the entire day immersed in the wonders of Mikumi National Park. Enjoy another exhilarating game drive, complemented by packed lunches for sustained energy. Witness the majesty of wild animals in their natural habitat before concluding the day with a late evening drive back to the lodge.

Day 4: Explore Udzungwa Mountain National Park

We went on a 2-week safari in western Uganda (Lake Bunyoni, gorilla trekking, rafting, Victoria NP, chimp trekking and 8-day hike in the Rwenzori Mountains). It was an extremely varied and wonderful trip. The planning and organization by KTS was great, the team made a lot of effort and responded to all of our requests. The support was excellent.
